There is an ATM machine located in front of the Fairgrounds Office. Credit Cards are accepted at the concession and novelty stand.

Camping is available and is managed by the Clinton County Fair Association.

Camping Options include:
RV Sites with water and electric
RV Sites with water, electric and sewer
Primitive and tent camping site with no hookups.

In the event that scheduled events must be postponed due to rain, curfew, etc. and all qualifying has been completed, wristbands cannot be used for re-admittance at a future date. In this case, the feature events will be run at a future date as part of a regularly scheduled event and the qualifying positions from the postponed event will stand.

However, if the scheduled events are cancelled due to rain, curfew, etc. and all qualifying events are not completed, wristbands may be used for a future date. If an event is cancelled and all qualifying has not been completed, you will have 2 events from the date of the cancellation (the date the event is cancelled) to use your wristband at face value (NO CASH BACK) for another race.

The Speedway has a full concession stand located below the announcing tower (red building) on the front stretch with a variety of items ranging from Sandwiches, Wraps, Nachos, Pretzels and Candy. Some of our popular items are burgers, fries, hot dogs, hot sausage sandwiches, and chicken tenders.

Adjacent to the main concessions (toward turn 1), the Pizza Shack serves Joe's Pizza of Williamsport.

All Concession stands serve Pepsi Cola products.

Cash and Credit Cards are accepted at the concession stands.

As a family-oriented facility, fans using abusive or profane language will be escorted from the fair and speedway property without refund. Also, fans who are deemed intoxicated will be removed as well. Please report any disturbances to security.

Hadicapped parking is available near the general admission ticket booth. A paved path will lead you to the turn four grandstands. Patrons can also be dropped off inside the turn one general admission gate for viewing in Turn one and is closer to the concession stand. Handicapped Portable toilets are available in both locations.

The speedway office and announcing/scoring tower is the red building along the front stretch. You can access assistance by utilizing the stairs around the rear of the building for assistance.

To ensure the safety of all guests, carry-in items will be inspected prior to entrance. Bags, backpacks and coolers, etc, cannot exceed 14"X14"x14". Guests are permitted to bring in beverages in aluminum cans or plastic bottles only. Glass bottles are not permitted.

Blankets and bleacher seatbacks are permitted. No oversized bleacher seatbacks.

Grandstands and bleachers extend from turn 4 along the front stretch to Turn 1. Turn 4 and Turn 1 also have lawn chair seating areas available.

Smoking is not permitted in the grandstands. However, designated smoking sections are located behind the grandstand areas.

Our Souvenir Stand is located adjacent to the announcing tower, towards turn one. A variety of Speedway T-shirts and hats can be purchased to remember your fun-filled experience at the speedway. Other novelty and kids items are available. Credit Cards are accepted at the novelty stand.

Our events are primarily on Friday evenings with gates opening at 5PM, Hotlaps at 7 and Racing at 7:30. Consult schedule for full list of events and times.

Tickets can be purchased at the track on the day of the event with cash.

General Admission Gate can be seen from the parking lot.

Walk in Pit Gate from the Fairgounds. Follow the road along the billboards and past the restrooms.

Hauler Pit Gate. Drive past the main Fairgrounds Entrance toward the Belles Spring Golf Course. Enter the lower gate and follow the road down behind the speedway to the lower Hauler Pit Gate.
